What does Growth plan actually include?

Monthly GST filing, monthly bookkeeping (Tally/Zoho), payroll for up to 10 employees, quarterly TDS + Form 16, and a dedicated CA on WhatsApp. Audit and ROC are in Enterprise — or as add-ons.

How fast do you respond?

Working hours: same day. Filings: we remind 7 and 2 days before due dates. Emergency (notice) — call +91 number on site header, we pick up.

Do you handle notices and scrutiny?

Yes. We draft replies, attend hearings where allowed, and keep an audit trail so every figure is traceable. Litigation support via Priya Sharma (LLB) for GST.

We're a startup — can you do cap table and ESOP?

Yes — via Neha Kulkarni (ACS/FCA). Incorporation, cap table hygiene, ESOP policy and grant letters, shareholder agreements.

What data do you keep, and for how long?

Only enquiry details needed to respond — auto-deleted after 90 days. See Privacy. Engagement data is per our engagement letter.

Can you take over mid-year from my current CA?

Yes. We do a 25-point health-check (₹4,999, adjusted against fees) — you get a red/amber/green matrix and a fix plan before we take over.
