Before boxes arrive

• Walls & grills dusted, cobwebs cleared
• Loft and storage shelves wiped
• Balcony, rails and drain cleared
• Toilets descaled & sanitised

Kitchen

• Chimney filter soaked (if fitted)
• Cabinets inside-out wiped
• Sink de-stained and drain flushed

Bedrooms & living

• Windows + tracks cleaned
• Fans & light fittings dusted
• Floors vacuumed then mopped twice
