Frequently asked questions
Everything buyers ask us across the desk β and over email β answered before you enquire.
What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQs are lot-specific: 5 MT for spices, 200 pcs for handicrafts, 1,000 m for yardage and 1 pallet for engineering lots. Mixed-container programs let you combine categories to hit volume β ask for a container plan.
Do you provide certificates and lab reports?
Yes. Phytosanitary, APEDA and Spice Board certificates, mill certs for engineering lots, and lab reports (pesticide, curcumin, COA/MSDS) are included per lot. Samples retained 6 months for audit trail.
What shipping terms do you quote?
FOB Mundra/NHAVA, CIF destination port and DDP on request. We book with contracted liners and share vessel tracking once shipped. Transit to Jebel Ali is 4β5 days, to Rotterdam 18β22 days.
Can you handle buyer-specific labelling?
Yes β private-label pouches, bilingual labels (Arabic/English, English/Korean) and case marks per buyer spec, with proofs shared before printing. MOQ for printed pouches is lower for repeat buyers.
What is the typical lead time?
Agro lots: 10β12 days ex-Mundra. Textiles/handicrafts: 3β4 weeks. Engineering: 2β7 weeks depending on stock vs make-to-order. Bentonite ex-stock 7 days. We confirm vessel cut-off with every quotation.
How is payment and credit handled?
LC at sight and advance T/T are standard; ECGC-backed DP for repeat buyers on approved limits. Documents are released only per LC terms β first presentation success rate is 98%.
