How we pack a mixed container without damage — the four layers that matter

1. Separate climate zones inside one TEU
Spices and dehydrated foods ride in foil-lined, heat-sealed liners; handicrafts sit on heat-treated pallets with desiccants; textiles are vacuum-compressed in bales that breathe but don't crush.
2. The packing list is a map, not an afterthought
- Every carton carries a buyer-case-mark and a scan code
- The packing list mirrors the container plan — row by row
- Photos and a loading video are shared before the seal is fixed
3. Documents travel faster than cargo
When the vessel sails, the buyer already has the commercial invoice, packing list and BL draft — so LC presentations never wait for the port.
