How we handle your data, and your rights under the DPDP Act.
Data we collect
We collect only what you give us via enquiry forms: name, phone, email, interest, preferred date and message. We also record your explicit consent (text and timestamp) and the IP-derived host for audit.
Why we collect
To respond to your insurance enquiry, compare covers, and coordinate with insurers you authorise. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for up to 90 days and then automatically purged by a nightly job. You may request earlier deletion at hello@kavachsecurelife.in.
Your rights
