Your voice is the instrument you carry everywhere.
Voice lessons at Cadenza House begin with breathing — not as an exercise, but as attention. Most singers, even experienced ones, hold tension they cannot hear. We work first to find that tension and let it go, so the voice that emerges is the one you actually own.
From there we build range, resonance, and the ear to match. We sing across contemporary and light classical repertoire, but the choice of material is a conversation. If a song matters to you, it is the right place to start.
What we cover
- Breath support and sustainable, strain-free singing
- Range extension, gently and without forcing
- Ear training and pitching — singing in tune with confidence
- Vocal health: what tires a voice and what protects it
- Microphone technique and performance for those who want it
A good voice lesson should leave you tired in the right places and lighter everywhere else.
We are careful with younger voices. Singing through a break or a change is normal, and we teach to the voice the student has today, not the one they wish they had.
