Spring Student Recital

Our spring recital is the studio's most relaxed evening of the year. Every student who wants to play gets a slot — there are no auditions, no rankings, and no programme that runs past an hour. The room is full of families, friends, and a few brave first-time performers, and the standard is not the point. The point is showing up.

What to expect

Doors open at 6:00 PM for tea and the studio's famously over-catered snack table. The programme begins at 6:30 PM and usually runs about seventy minutes with a short interval. Performances range from a first-year pianist playing a single-hand piece to senior students performing from memory. Applause is generous; mistakes are normal.

• When: Saturday, 21 March 2026, 6:30 PM
• Where: Cadenza House studio room, 14 Cross, 100 Feet Road, Indiranagar
• Entry: Free and open to all — no tickets, just turn up
• For performers: Speak to your teacher to add your name to the programme by 14 March
