What is your fee?

Permanent: 8.33% of fixed CTC; Executive Search: retainer 33% on mandate, 33% on shortlist, 33% on joining; Contract: payroll cost + 12%. Volume and RPO are bespoke.

Do you guarantee replacement?

Yes — 90-day free replacement on permanent closures if the candidate leaves or is terminated within 90 days of joining.

How fast is the shortlist?

First shortlist of 3-5 curated profiles in 48 working hours for most mandates. Leadership and niche searches: 5-7 days.

Are you sector specialist?

Yes. Recruiters sit in sector pods — IT, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Consulting — and handle only their domain.

Do you handle contract staffing compliance?

Yes. We are the employer on record — payroll, PF, ESI, insurance, labour compliance and conversions.

Do you work on confidential mandates?

Yes. Blind profiles (name redacted), NDAs, and controlled sourcing.
