What we collect

• Name, phone number and email when you submit an enquiry, adoption application, volunteering form or donation pledge
• Your message content and the animal or program it relates to
• The fact that you ticked the consent box, and when

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry and manage adoption, fostering, volunteering or donation follow-ups. We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are automatically deleted after 90 days. Adoption records are retained as required by our animal-welfare documentation practices.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to erase your enquiry record. Write to hello@pawsandpromise.in.

Consent

Our forms require an explicit consent checkbox before submission. Without consent, we cannot contact you back — that is deliberate, not a bug.
