Frequently asked
Patch tests, cancellations, trials and hygiene — all answered
Do I need a patch test before every colour?
Yes — 48 hours before any colour, keratin or lash tint, even if you’ve coloured before. We keep it on file for 6 months. No test, no service — it’s our allergy policy, not optional.
How far before the wedding is the bridal trial?
7–14 days prior. We test HD vs airbrush, hair and drape with jewellery in daylight and tungsten. You take photos, decide at leisure. Trial fee adjusts against the bridal pack.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel 24 hours before — full reschedule, no charge. Same-day cancellations incur 50% (bridal packs 100% if artist blocked). We call to confirm morning-of.
Are your tools hygienic? Do you use disposables?
Autoclaved tools, disposable caps, fresh drape per client. We open the kit in front of you — scissors, combs and brushes are station-cleaned daily. Stations are wiped with medical-grade disinfectant between clients.
Can I get a facial the week of my wedding?
Not recommended. Book HydraGlow 10–14 days before so any purging settles. The week-of we do only a calm pack — no extractions, no bleach. Your skin should be quiet for the lens.
Do you do on-location bridal makeup?
Yes for Gulabi Bride and Sangeet packs — we arrive 3 hours before muhurtham with your touch-up kit. Koramangala to central Bengaluru included; beyond 12 km, nominal travel applies (told at trial).
