Festival Feast

₹2,400 per guest

Serves 50–300 guests · festive thali or counter service

The details

Festivals deserve food that takes its time. The Festival Feast is built around slow-cooked gravies, family recipes given the full kitchen, and a dessert table that becomes the room’s favourite topic. It works as a traditional thali or as counters your guests walk — either way, seconds are expected.

On the thali

  • Paneer tikka and tandoori mushrooms, charred on the live counter
  • Dal makhani, slow-cooked overnight with smoked butter
  • Laal maas or a coastal fish curry, by your preference
  • Jeera rice, saffron pulao, house-made papad and pickles
  • Gajar ka halwa, gulab jamun and a chocolate-mishti mousse

Festive extras

  • Thandai and masala chai stations for Diwali evenings
  • Modak cart for Ganesh Chaturthi — steamed, served warm
  • Kheer and sheera counters with ghee-roasted nuts

Your family recipes are welcome here. Bring us your grandmother’s notes and we will cook them at scale, properly.

Menus adapt fully for Jain, vegan and satvik tables. For weddings running into festival season, we often pair this package with the Wedding Banquet’s bar and dessert teams.
