Patient questions, answered
Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Yes — always. Skin and hair respond to context: your history, current medication, and what previous treatments did or didn't do. Every journey here starts with a dermatologist consultation (₹500, adjustable against your first procedure).
Are the treatments safe for darker Indian skin tones?
Yes, with the right settings. Indian skin (Fitzpatrick III–V) carries a higher risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation when treated aggressively. We select devices, wavelengths and energies specifically for melanin-rich skin, and test-patch before full treatment wherever indicated.
How much downtime should I plan for?
It depends on the treatment: HydraGlow facials and most lasers have none; superficial peels cause mild pinkness for an hour or two; medium TCA peels involve 3–5 days of visible peeling. Your doctor states the exact downtime in writing before you consent.
Can I get laser hair removal during summer?
Yes — year-round is fine as long as there is no fresh tan on the treatment area and you commit to sunscreen between sessions. We space monsoon-season sessions normally; only active sunburn postpones treatment.
Will insurance cover any of this?
Most cosmetic-aesthetic treatments are not covered. However, medically indicated dermatology — severe acne management, biopsy-proven conditions, mole removals for diagnostic reasons — may qualify. We provide itemised prescriptions and documentation you can submit to your insurer.
What payment options do you accept?
UPI, all major cards, and net-banking. Programmes spanning multiple sessions can be split into instalments at booking — ask the front desk, it's a two-minute form.
