NeoVista Global Summit 2025
Three days, 1,200 founders, investors and operators — a summit designed for signal over spectacle, where every room earned its place on the agenda.
NeoVista asked for a summit that felt like their product: precise, calm, and ambitious. No carnival, no filler — just sharp ideas in rooms that helped people think.
The brief
Host 1,200 senior leaders across three days with a plenary, three editorial stages, founder dinners, and an investor lounge — while keeping transitions humane and hospitality invisible.
What we built
- An oak-panelled plenary for 900, with a surround screen and broadcast-grade light — designed to feel editorial, not theatrical.
- Three parallel stages named Thesis, Traction, and Tomorrow — each with its own visual language and host.
- A hospitality spine: central lounge, 14 meeting pods, back-of-house green room that actually let speakers breathe.
- Evening programme: curated founder dinners in Lower Parel and a closing night with a low-key live room — no headline act needed.
“A summit where you could hear yourself think — and still feel the energy of the room. That's hard to pull off.” — Guest from Seed to Scale panel
Why it worked
We kept the floor plan legible, the schedule forgiving, and the cues tight. People arrived not knowing what to expect and left with pages of notes — and a few new investors.
Scope: Creative direction, spatial & stage design, production, vendor orchestration, speaker support, guest hospitality, show direction. Team: 14 core + 60 on-site.

Details worth remembering.
Quiet precision is visible in the small things — sightlines, acoustics, and how a room smells when you walk in.

Let’s make it count.
Bring the ambition. We'll bring the structure that lets it land.
