That said, we've shipped a 320-person launch in 21 days when the idea was clear early. If you're short on time, tell us the date first — we'll tell you honestly if we can do it well.

Yes — we are venue-agnostic. Bring the room you love; we make it work harder. If we've never done that venue before, we do a paid site recce (adjusted against production if you go ahead) and flag constraints early: load-in doors, power, sound spill, and guest flow.

For outstation and destination work, yes — with a small ops cell that handles invites, RSVP, rooming, transport manifests, and on-ground hosting. We don't run a travel desk for its own sake, but we never leave hospitality to chance. See Guest Journey →

Packages are starting shapes — The Assembly, The Residency, The House Weekend. Each includes core creative, production, and direction; venue hire, F&B, stay, and artist fees are billed at cost plus a transparent management fee. No hidden margins — you see every line.

We price from scope, not square footage. After a listening session (30–45 minutes, no deck needed), we quote a fixed creative + production fee and pass throughs at cost. As a guide: one-day corporate programmes start around ₹4.5 lakh, weekends around ₹8 lakh. If your budget is tighter, we'll tell you what to keep and what to simplify — not upsell you.
