Questions people ask first

I've never touched a barbell. Is this for me?

Yes β€” roughly half of new clients have never lifted. Your first two weeks are pure technique at light loads, filmed and reviewed rep by rep. Nobody touches a weight they can't control.

Studio or online β€” which should I choose?

If you're near the studio, start in person; the coaching quality per session is higher. Online coaching works well if you're self-sufficient, travel often, or live elsewhere β€” you still get programming, form checks and weekly calls.

Will I get a diet chart?

You get something more usable: plate-based food frameworks built around your actual meals, plus guardrails for eating out. No gram-weighing unless you enjoy that sort of thing.

What happens if I miss sessions?

Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 6 hours ahead, and group-program clients get a homework circuit for travel weeks. Consistency over months matters more than perfection in any single week.

Do you train people with injuries?

Frequently β€” post-physio rebuilds are a specialty. We work from your discharge notes, load conservatively, and coordinate with your physiotherapist or doctor when needed. Acute injuries are referred out first.

How soon will I see results?

Strength and energy usually improve within three weeks. Visible body composition changes typically show between weeks six and ten. Anyone promising faster than that is selling something β€” our transformations page shows real timelines.

Still unsure about something?

Ask directly β€” every enquiry gets a personal answer.
