Forge Fitness ("we") respects your privacy and handles personal data under applicable law including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

What we collect

  • Enquiry data you give us: name, phone, email, preferred date, goal and your message.
  • Consent record: the fact that you ticked consent, what you consented to, and when.
  • Basic technical logs kept briefly for security and reliability.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your booking request, schedule sessions, and communicate about your coaching program. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

  • Ask what data we hold about you, and request correction or erasure.
  • Withdraw consent any time by contacting us — enquiries are also auto-deleted 90 days after submission.
