When you submit an enquiry through our consultation form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project details, and your explicit consent timestamp.

2. Purpose of Processing

Your information is strictly used to evaluate your project requirements, schedule consultation meetings, and communicate architectural proposals. We never sell or distribute your data to third-party marketers.

3. Retention & Deletion

Enquiry records are automatically purged after 90 days if no contract is executed. You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting studio@ateliermara.com.

4. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, write to the studio at the address below or email studio@ateliermara.com and we will respond within 30 days.
