What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQs vary by part: 500 pieces for turned components, 100 for forgings, 50 for enclosures and 2,000 for fasteners. Prototype quantities below MOQ are welcome at a one-off setup cost — ask for a quote. We would rather quote a setup fee honestly than inflate piece price.
Do you supply material certificates and inspection reports?
Yes. Mill certificates to EN 10204 3.1, dimensional inspection reports and hardness/UT reports are standard with every production order. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your nominated agency — we host them on the shop floor regularly.
What file formats do you accept for drawings?
PDF, STEP, IGES and native CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor). For critical features we work from a GD&T-defined drawing and confirm the datum scheme with your design team before the first article is cut.
Can you handle export shipments?
Yes — our dispatch desk books export freight, prepares packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates of origin, and has handled container and air-freight shipments to 23 countries. Documentation ships with the consignment and is available digitally on request.
What is your typical lead time?
Standard parts: 2–4 weeks. Complex forgings or assemblies: 6–8 weeks. Tooling for new parts typically adds one to two weeks on the first order only. After the capacity expansion this month, fabrication lead times are one week shorter.
Do you keep my drawings confidential?
Always. We sign NDAs routinely, store drawings on access-controlled servers, and will happily mark your part drawings as confidential in our system. Drawings are only shared with the operators assigned to your job.
