Do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Yes — free delivery on orders above ₹999 within city limits, otherwise ₹150 flat. Orders placed by 1 pm go out the same evening; larger trees are scheduled with our tempo crew within 48 hours.
How does the 30-day settle-in promise work?
If a plant declines or dies within 30 days while you've followed the care card that ships with it, bring the plant (or a clear photo) with your bill — we replace it free, once per plant.
Which plants survive a low-light apartment?
Snake plant, peace lily and ZZ-style foliage handle north rooms happily. Come with photos of your windows at noon — we'll match plants to your actual light, not the label's optimism.
Can you build a garden on my terrace?
Almost always. We start with a structural load check and waterproofing review, then design within those limits. See services for the consultation fee, which is credited against installation.
How often should I repot?
Most houseplants every 12–18 months — roots circling the pot's base or water racing straight through are the signs. We repot free with any pot bought from us, soil included.
Are your pesticides safe around pets and children?
We recommend neem-oil and soap-based treatments first, and say so on every care card. Anything stronger is applied outside the home by our maintenance crews only.
