Courtyard Revival — Heritage Home
A neglected 1940s courtyard restored around its original rain tree, with shade-loving natives.
The rain tree stayed; everything else went. We rebuilt the central drain in traditional sloped granite, then layered ferns, peace lilies and dwarf ixoras in the dappled light.
