Are the chemicals safe for kids, pets and elders?
We use only CIB-registered, WHO-approved actives at low concentration. Gel is odourless and stays in cracks, not on counters. For spray treatments we ask you to keep windows open for 2–3 hours after and cover food. Tell us about pets, aquariums or allergies at booking — we adjust chemicals and placement.
Do I need to vacate the house during treatment?
For gel-based cockroach and ant treatments — no. For bed-bug or termite spray, keep the treated room empty for 3–4 hours while it dries. Our team explains the exact wait per service on arrival. Technicians wear shoe covers and leave no stains.
What warranty do you offer?
Every invoice carries a written warranty: 6 months for cockroach, 3 months for ants and bed bugs (second visit free), 45 days for rodents, 30 days for mosquito fogging, and 5 years for termite barriers (with free scheduled inspections). If activity returns within cover, we re-treat free.
How quickly will I see results?
Cockroaches thin out in 24–48 hours as gel is carried to the nest; heavy infestations need 7–10 days. Bed bugs drop after the second visit (Day 12). Ants collapse in a week. Rodent proofing shows results in 2–3 days as entry is sealed.
Do you give a bill and warranty card?
Yes. Every job gets a printed invoice + warranty card with treatment date, chemicals used, dosage and warranty period, plus the same via WhatsApp PDF. Commercial AMC clients also get a logbook ready for audits.
Which areas do you cover and what are the hours?
We cover 8+ Bengaluru zones — Koramangala, Indiranagar, HSR, Whitefield, Jayanagar, JP Nagar, Marathahalli, Electronic City — with same-day slots in most. Hours are 7 AM – 9 PM, 7 days a week, plus 24×7 rapid response for emergencies like wasp nests or heavy termite swarms.
