The open land the ORR unlocked
Kokapet sits on the Outer Ring Road's western spur, directly south of the Financial District. For most of the 2010s it was farmland and stone-quarry country; the ORR interchange changed that, and the master-plan revisions of 2022 opened it to gated plotted development.
