How Ayesha Kapoor Atelier collects, uses and protects your personal information.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your names, phone number, email, celebration details (type, tentative dates, guest count, budget range, city or venue preferences) and your message.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and contact you about planning services. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Consent
Enquiry forms require your explicit consent before submission. The exact consent text shown to you, along with a timestamp, is stored with your enquiry as proof under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
Retention
Enquiry records are automatically deleted 90 days after submission. Admin login sessions expire after 7 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the studio at hello@ayeshakapooratelier.in. We respond within 7 working days.
Security
Data is stored in encrypted Cloudflare infrastructure. Admin access is protected by hashed passwords (PBKDF2), session tokens and CSRF protection.
