Emergency rescue line
A staffed helpline and rescue van for injured, sick or trapped animals, 12 hours a day.
Our helpline (9 AM – 9 PM, daily) takes calls from citizens who find an animal in trouble: a hit-and-run, a stuck animal, a sick puppy, an injured bird. A volunteer with a carrier is dispatched, and the animal is triaged at our campus.
What we can and can't take
We take sick, injured, and orphaned domestic animals — dogs, cats, the occasional rabbit or bird. We do not handle snakes or large wildlife; for those we direct you to the forest department. For a human emergency, please call 112.
Rescue van fuel, carrier costs, and after-hours vet calls are our single biggest expense. Every donation keeps the line answered.
