What is your typical fee structure?
Fixed fee + reimbursables, broken into stages: Advance, Concept, GFC, Tender and Site Supervision. We share a detailed scope and BOQ before you commit.
Do you take on interiors-only projects?
Yes, for select homes and workplaces where we can control joinery, lighting and materials end-to-end. We don't do styling-only projects.
How long does a house take?
Design 3–5 months, tender 4–6 weeks, construction 10–14 months post-tender. Hillside or reuse projects may take longer.
Will you work outside Delhi?
Yes — most of our houses are in Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Goa. We travel weekly during construction and keep a local site team.
How do you handle the contractor?
We tender to 3 vetted contractors, compare with an item-rate BOQ, and stay for weekly supervision. Changes are recorded in writing — budgets stay legible.
How is my enquiry data handled?
We store your details securely and use them only to respond to your enquiry. See our Privacy Policy for retention (90 days) and deletion.
