Privacy & Data Policy

1. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect name, phone, email, service interest and your message. We collect only what is needed to respond and propose scope/fees.

2. Why we collect

To respond to your enquiry, schedule a consultation, share drawings/proposals and coordinate site visits. We do not use your data for marketing without separate opt-in.

3. Consent

We rely on your explicit consent via the checkbox. Consent is stored with timestamp and the exact text you agreed to. Withdraw anytime by writing to us — we stop processing within 30 days.

4. Storage & security

Data sits encrypted on Cloudflare D1/R2 with access limited to principals and studio admin. Reasonable security safeguards per DPDPA are applied.

5. Retention

Enquiries are retained 90 days then auto-deleted by a daily cron. Project archives (where you become a client) are governed by our engagement letter.

6. Sharing

Never sold or rented. Shared only with consultants/contractors bound by confidentiality when needed to price or build your project.

7. Your rights
