How many cameras does a normal house need?
Most independent houses are covered properly with 4 cameras: front gate, car porch, rear door and one indoor overview. Flats usually need 2–3.
We confirm exact positions during the free survey — never guesswork over the phone.
How long is footage retained?
With the standard 1 TB drive and motion-based recording, a 4-camera home system retains roughly 21–30 days. We size drives for your actual risk window during installation.
Can I see cameras on my phone?
Yes — every system we install includes mobile viewing setup for iOS and Android. Remote access uses encrypted connections with unique passwords; we disable all factory defaults.
Do the cameras work during power cuts?
Only if backed by UPS. We strongly recommend (and stock) a small UPS for the recorder — typically ₹2,500–3,500 — which keeps everything alive through routine outages.
What warranty do I get?
Branded cameras carry 2–3 year manufacturer warranty; budget kits carry 1 year. Labour on warranty replacements is free for AMC customers.
Is the site survey really free?
Yes, within our service areas. The survey produces a written camera map and a fixed quote — no surprise charges later. If you decline, the map is still yours to keep.
