What we collect

When you book a site survey or submit an enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the message you send. If you proceed with an installation, we also keep the site address and a record of the equipment installed.

How we use it

Your details are used solely to contact you about your enquiry, schedule surveys and installations, and provide ongoing AMC support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Cameras and footage

We do not have access to your CCTV footage after installation unless you explicitly grant it for remote-support troubleshooting. Mobile-app credentials are set with your own unique passwords; we never retain them.

Cookies & analytics

This is a static demo website. It stores your theme preference in your browser’s local storage only. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used.

Your rights

You may ask us to correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@apexsurveillance.in. We will respond within 7 working days.
