This privacy notice explains how Spanda Dance Academy collects and uses personal data provided through enrolment enquiries and contact forms.
What we collect
Name, phone, email, class and style interests, experience level and your message. We also record that you gave consent before submitting the form.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, schedule a trial class or process your admission. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically unless you become an enrolled student where records are kept per regulation.
Your rights
Write to hello@spandadance.in to access, correct or request deletion of your data.
