Bharatanatyam

Bharatanatyam is the oldest classical dance tradition of India, born in the temples of Tamil Nadu. At Spanda we teach the Kalakshetra banika style — a precise geometry of araimandi, expressive nritta hand gestures (hasta mudras), and abhinaya storytelling that builds a dancer from the feet up.
