Privacy & Reports

1. What we collect

Name, phone, email, address and any health context you share to schedule collection and reporting. Only what's needed for diagnostic services — we do not ask for Aadhaar or unrelated personal data.

2. How we use it

To confirm bookings, dispatch phlebotomy, run tests on NABL-accredited automated analysers, deliver reports via WhatsApp/email with QR verification, and follow up on critical values. No marketing without a separate opt-in.

3. Consent

We rely on explicit consent via the booking checkbox. Consent text and timestamp are stored alongside your booking. You may withdraw consent anytime by writing to care@vitalcarediagnostics.in or calling +91 80 4555 3344.

4. Security

Encrypted in transit and at rest on Cloudflare, access limited to authorised lab staff and NABL-empanelled reference labs under confidentiality agreements. Barcode tracking provides an audit trail from doorstep to report.

5. Retention

Booking records are auto-deleted after 90 days by a scheduled cron job. Reports remain available per lab retention schedule and then purged. You can request early deletion via email.

6. Sharing

No sale to third parties. Data is shared only with lab staff and reference labs directly involved in your tests, under strict confidentiality. We comply with lawful disclosure requests with patient notice where permitted.

7. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, and grievance redressal with the Data Protection Board — write to care@vitalcarediagnostics.in or call our Residency Road lab; we respond within 30 days as required by the DPDP Act, 2023.

8. Reports

Reports are sent via WhatsApp/email as digitally signed PDFs and are available for download at any centre with your booking ID and phone OTP. Each report carries a QR code that verifies authenticity against our lab information system.
