Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common patient questions

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

We recommend booking ahead so you get your preferred doctor and a shorter wait, but we hold same-day walk-in slots every weekday morning from 9:00 AM for fevers, minor injuries and acute concerns that cannot wait. Walk-ins are seen in order of arrival, with urgent cases prioritised.

How do I book an appointment?

You can request an appointment online through our booking page, call us at +91 20 2550 0100 during clinic hours, or send us a WhatsApp message. Our front desk will confirm your slot and the doctor available within 24 hours.

Do you offer teleconsultation?

Yes. Teleconsultation is available for repeat prescriptions, report reviews and follow-ups for existing patients. It is not suitable for first-time consultations or anything that needs a physical examination. You will receive a secure video link by WhatsApp once your slot is confirmed.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring a photo ID, a list of any medications you currently take (or the boxes themselves), and any previous test reports or prescriptions relevant to your concern. If you have a chronic condition like diabetes or hypertension, bringing your home monitoring log is very helpful.

Are vaccinations available for adults, or only children?

Both. We run the full childhood immunisation schedule and also offer adult vaccines — seasonal flu, tetanus boosters, Hepatitis B, HPV and travel vaccines. Every dose is stored under cold-chain standards, and we maintain an automatic reminder for your next due date.

Do you accept insurance or provide cashless treatment?

As a GP clinic, most visits are self-pay and affordable. We provide detailed invoices that you can submit to your insurer for outpatient reimbursement. We do not currently offer cashless OPD billing, but our front desk can help you with the paperwork you need to claim.

How are my medical records kept?

Your records are stored securely in our clinic management system, accessible only to the doctors and staff involved in your care. We do not share your data with any third party without your written consent, in line with the DPDP Act. You may request a copy of your records at any time.
