Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout is complimentary when rooms are available — just mention it when you check availability. For guaranteed early access, note it in your message and our front desk will hold the room.

Yes — every room rate includes breakfast for all registered guests at our coastal restaurant (7am–10:30am). Lunch and dinner are à la carte, with sea-view seating, pool service or in-room dining. The kitchen does Jain, vegan and allergy-friendly options, plus a kids' menu.

Free cancellation until 48 hours before check-in for direct bookings. Within 48 hours, one night is charged; for no-shows the full stay is charged. Festive period (20 Dec – 5 Jan) requires 7 days' notice. We'll confirm your specific policy when we confirm availability.

Yes. Covered parking with CCTV and an EV charging bay is complimentary, with valet on request. Paid airport transfers from Goa Mopa (GOX) or Dabolim (GOI) can be arranged by the front desk — share your flight details after booking and we'll track delays for you.

We welcome small pets in our ground-floor cottages and garden villas (advance notice required, pet fee applies, not allowed at the pool or restaurant indoor area). Extra beds and baby cots are available — select guests up to 6 when you check availability and tell us your party mix.

Couples love the Deluxe Sea View and Lakeside Cottage for quiet balconies and sunsets. Families prefer the Family Garden Villa (2 bedrooms + garden) or Beachfront Villa (3 bedrooms, steps to the beach). The Heritage Cottage is our most charming for a short, soulful escape.
