Notice: Annual capacity expansion complete
Two new 5-axis machining centres and a second shift at the fabrication bay are live from this month — and with them, faster lead times on every line.
This month we commissioned two new 5-axis machining centres in the machining shop and moved the fabrication bay onto a second shift. Both have been in trial for six weeks and are now on live jobs.
What changes for customers
- Turning and milling capacity up roughly 25% — prototype slots now reserved weekly
- Enclosure and fabrication lead times reduced by one week on standard enclosures
- New 5-axis capacity available for housings and brackets that previously required two setups
If you have an order you have been holding back because of lead time, this is the month to talk to us. Quotes issued against the new capacity are valid to the usual 30 days.
Capacity is not just machines — it is inspection and documentation. Both new centres have in-process probing and are covered by the same 30-minute inspection cadence.
