Bali

Bali rewards slow travel. This is not a checklist island — it's early mornings above the clouds in Ubud, frangipani-scented offerings on every doorstep, and long, golden hours that melt into the Indian Ocean at Uluwatu.
Our Bali trips anchor you in two or three bases rather than racing around. Expect a jungle-edge resort in Ubud (think outdoor showers and rice-terrace views), a restored shophouse stay in Seminyak for cafes and a proper spa afternoon, and a cliff-top perch in the Bukit Peninsula where the surf is for watching and the sunsets are for lingering.
What you’ll love
- Ubud without the rush: Monkey Forest before the crowds, Tegallalang at 7am light, and a private blessing at Tirta Empul with a local priest.
- Temples at the right hour: Tanah Lot for late golden hour when the causeway is quiet, Uluwatu for the Kecak fire dance as the sun dips.
- Food that stays with you: Warung smoky satay, beachfront jimbaran grills, and a Balinese cooking class in a family compound.
Visa is easy — E-Visa on Arrival for Indian passports, usually processed within minutes at Ngurah Rai. Dry season (May–September) is ideal for beach and temples; October–April brings lush green and fewer crowds if you don’t mind a short afternoon shower.
Ananya’s tip: “Ask for a room facing east in Ubud — you’ll wake to mist rising from the valley. It beats any alarm clock.”
Speak to Ananya Mehta — our Bali specialist — to tune the pace. Some travellers add Nusa Penida for a day, others steal a night at a wellness retreat in Sidemen. We’ll map it around you.
