Our quoted price typically includes return flights ex-Mumbai (unless you choose land-only), handpicked 4★/5★ stays with breakfast, private or small-group transfers, guided sightseeing as listed, and 24/7 on-trip WhatsApp support. Lunches, dinners, visa fees, and travel insurance are usually extra — we spell out exactly what's included on every package page and in your final quote so there are no surprises.
Do you handle visas and travel insurance?
Yes — we prepare your document checklist, review every page before submission, and book your biometrics or VFS slot. For most Schengen, Bali E-VOA, and Japan e-Visa cases, our visa success rate is 99%+. We also issue comprehensive travel insurance (medical, baggage, delays) via our partner — highly recommended and mandatory for Europe.
Can itineraries be customised for families or honeymoons?
Absolutely — that's our specialty. We build each trip around your pace, interests, and budget. For families we add shorter drives, apartment stays, and gentle walks; for honeymoons we prioritise privacy, spa inclusions, and late check-outs. How far in advance should I book?
For peak seasons — Europe summers (June–Aug), Japan cherry season (late March–early April), Maldives winter — book 3–4 months ahead for the best room categories and flight fares. Bali and Dubai have more year-round availability, but festive weeks (Diwali, Christmas, New Year) still sell out 2–3 months early. Early birds often secure better rates and our EARLYBIRD15 offer.
What if flights get cancelled or I need to reschedule?
Your 24/7 care lead — usually Neha from our ops team — proactively rebooks alternatives and handles airline or hotel negotiations. Our packages include flexible dates where possible, and we clearly flag the cancellation terms before you pay. We also recommend insurance that covers disruptions, which we can issue for you.
Do you offer EMI or part-payment?
Yes. Reserve your trip with 30% to block flights and hotels, pay 40% 45 days before departure, and the remaining 30% 15 days before. We also tie up with leading banks for no-cost EMI (3–9 months) on packages above ₹75,000 — ask your curator for the link at the time of booking.
