Santorini Dream — Caldera & Vineyards

Santorini done quietly. A cave suite in Oia with a private terrace, a small catamaran at sunset (not a party boat), and enough unscheduled time to find your own taverna.

Day by day

Days 1–3 — Oia: Settle in. Pyrgos village for lunch on day two via a family vineyard that still ferments in canavas. Sail the caldera on day three — swim stops at Red Beach and Palea Kameni hot springs, dinner in Ammoudi Bay.

Days 4–5 — South & centre: Akrotiri ruins (Pompeii of the Aegean), Perissa black sand for a slow morning, and a hilltop tasting of Assyrtiko and Vinsanto with the winemaker’s daughter.

Days 6–7 — Drift & depart: Free morning for Fira’s museums or a final swim; private transfer to the ferry or flight. Pair with Naxos or Milos if you have 10+ days.

Excludes: Schengen visa fees, meals unless listed, travel insurance (strongly advised).
