Do you offer home visits?
Yes — we do home visits for check-ups, vaccinations and dressings within 5 km (charges apply). For imaging and surgery, please visit the clinic for equipment sterility.
How do I prepare my pet for a visit?
Keep vaccination cards handy, don't feed 4 hours before sedation procedures, and bring a favourite blanket. Aggressive or anxious pets — let us know and we schedule a quiet slot.
What about 24×7 emergency?
Our emergency vet is reachable at +91 80 4123 7777. For trauma, poisoning or breathing distress, call ahead and we prep the OT — don't wait.
How are you DPDP compliant with pet data?
Appointment details are used only for care and retained 90 days, then purged. See Privacy Policy for consent handling.
Do you handle birds and rabbits?
Yes — Dr. Priya and team see birds and rabbits on pre-booked slots with carrier guidance. Please mention species when booking.
Can I book for multiple pets?
Absolutely — mention all pet names in the message. We assign a single vet and combine billing.
