How we handle your personal and pet data — DPDP Act, 2023 compliant.
1. What we collect
Name, phone, email, pet name/species/breed and health context shared to schedule appointments. Only what's needed for veterinary care.
2. How we use it
To confirm appointments, dispatch vets, run diagnostics, and follow up. No marketing without separate opt-in.
3. Consent
Explicit consent via the booking checkbox. Consent text and timestamp are stored. Withdraw anytime by contacting care@tenderpawsvet.in.
4. Security
Encrypted transit and at-rest storage on Cloudflare, access limited to authorised veterinary staff.
5. Retention
Appointment records auto-deleted after 90 days (cron). Clinical records per statutory retention then purged.
6. Sharing
No sale to third parties. Only vets and referral labs under confidentiality.
7. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal — write to care@tenderpawsvet.in or call +91 98450 23456; reply within 30 days.
8. Emergency
24×7 emergency contact: +91 80 4123 7777. Bring vaccination card and prior reports to emergency visits.
