About This Service

When your split AC blows warm air or the compressor short-cycles, low refrigerant and a clogged coil are the usual culprits. Our licensed technicians carry out a full chemical deep clean of the indoor and outdoor units, check system pressure with a calibrated manifold gauge, and top up R-32 or R-410A refrigerant only when genuinely required — never as a blanket upsell.

Every service includes a foam wash of the evaporator coil, condenser coil brushing, blower and filter cleaning, drain pipe descaling, and a final performance test measuring inlet and outlet temperature differential. You get a written job sheet with before-and-after pressure readings and a 90-day service warranty.
