Mill Loft, Mumbai
A former textile mill flat converted into a loft with a floating mezzanine and brick arches.
Exposed brick arches were cleaned and lime-pointed; a light steel mezzanine floats without touching the arches. The palette is brick, teak and indigo.
Storage is tucked into the thickness of walls — no freestanding wardrobes to clutter the 12 ft volume.
