Before we begin

A few useful answers.

Read all FAQs
How far in advance should we book?

For weddings and large celebrations, we recommend 4–6 months β€” especially in the November–February season. For corporate dinners and home feasts, 3–4 weeks is usually comfortable. If your date is closer, ask anyway: we keep a small buffer for exactly this.

Can you work around dietary restrictions?

Yes. Vegan, Jain, gluten-free, low-allergen β€” we build your menu around your guests, not the other way round. Tell us what the table needs and we will mark every dish and train the service team accordingly.

Do you bring staff and equipment?

We arrive as a complete team β€” chefs, servers, bartenders, and a floor lead who owns the timeline. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, counters, even the dessert table styling: all included in your proposal.

Is there a tasting before we book?

Yes. Tastings happen in our Koregaon Park tasting room, Tuesday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM. For weddings we can set up a full family tasting; for smaller gatherings, a shared tasting table works beautifully.
