Kind words
β β β β β“The wedding banquet was the part of our day our guests still talk about. The counters, the bar, the dessert table β nothing felt rushed, everything felt loved.”
β β β β β“We have used Ember & Thyme for three annual galas now. Their team reads the room beautifully β plates land on time, glasses stay full, and the food is genuinely memorable.”

Yes. Vegan, Jain, gluten-free, low-allergen β we build your menu around your guests, not the other way round. Tell us what the table needs and we will mark every dish and train the service team accordingly.
We arrive as a complete team β chefs, servers, bartenders, and a floor lead who owns the timeline. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, counters, even the dessert table styling: all included in your proposal.
Yes. Tastings happen in our Koregaon Park tasting room, Tuesday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM. For weddings we can set up a full family tasting; for smaller gatherings, a shared tasting table works beautifully.
