ICU to elder care — 18 years. Teaches every new joinee: sit, listen, then chart. B.Sc Nursing, critical care certified.

Social work to care — knows every resident’s festival, food, and family number. MSW, counselling, family liaison.

MPT — balance and breath. “Ten steady steps beat thirty hurried ones.” Specialises in geriatric gait and post-surgery rehab.

12 years with us — attendant to many, mother to some. Knows which sari pleat is comfortable, which tea is at 4.

Dietitian and cook — low salt that still tastes right, soft chew that still feels like lunch.
