Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your first session.

Do I need prior gym experience to join?

Not at all. Over 60% of our members had not touched a barbell before Ironclad. Your first 14 days is a dedicated onboarding with Meera β€” she teaches the squat, hinge, push, pull and brace with an empty bar, films your sets, and only then adds load. You will never be thrown into a heavy class on day one.

How does the free trial work? Do I need to bring anything?

Book online via Free Trial β€” we will confirm a slot on WhatsApp within a few hours. The trial is 45 to 60 minutes: tour, movement screen, InBody scan and a coached intro session with a trainer matched to your goal. Bring workout shoes with a flat sole, a towel and water. We provide chalk and a locker.

What is included in personal training? How is it different from the floor coaching?

All members get eyes-on coaching on the floor for every set β€” that is not personal training, that is our standard. Personal training (PT) is 1-on-1 programme design: your coach writes your 4-week block, tracks InBody and lifts weekly, adjusts nutrition, and is available on WhatsApp between sessions. Warrior includes 4 sessions, Titan 12. Additional PT is β‚Ή800 per session for members.

Are classes included in every membership? Do I need to book?

Yes β€” all recurring memberships (Monthly, Warrior, Annual, Duo) include unlimited group classes. Day pass does not, but you can add a single class for β‚Ή200. Classes are booked on our member app up to 7 days ahead and capped at 18. Morning HIIT fills fastest β€” book the night before.

Can I freeze my membership if I travel or fall sick?

Yes. Warrior includes a 7-day freeze once per tenure, Annual a 21-day freeze, Monthly can freeze for β‚Ή300 per week. Give 7 days notice on the app or at reception. Medical freezes with a certificate are free beyond that allowance.

Do you provide diet plans? Is it vegetarian-friendly?

We provide habit-based nutrition guidance, not a printed diet chart copied for everyone. Sara reviews your 3-day food diary and builds the next week around what you already eat β€” veg, Jain, eggetarian or non-veg, all work. Protein target is 1.6–2.0 g per kilo; we help you hit it with local foods you recognise. No compulsory supplements.

What are the busiest hours? Will I wait for equipment?

Peak is 6–9 AM and 6–9 PM on weekdays. We built for it: 11 racks, 6 platforms and capped class sizes mean wait time in peak is under 2 minutes. Midday (11 AM–4 PM) and late evening (9–10:30 PM) are quietest β€” perfect if you prefer space.

Is there parking and are there showers?

Yes to both. Link Square offers two-wheel and four-wheel parking β€” we validate 2 hours free. Change rooms have individual showers with hot water, grooming benches and hair dryers. Towel service is included in every membership.
