Abhyanga — Warm Oil Ritual
Four-hand warm oils and steam.
₹3,200 · 75 mins
Heated basalt river stones, smoothed by years in the Mandakini, are placed along the spine, in the palms and between the toes. As the stones warm the tissue, forest essential oils — pine, cedar and a hint of camphor — are worked into the back and shoulders with slow, compressing strokes.
“Where heat meets breath, the body remembers how to soften.”
The therapy is not vigorous; it is weighted and womb-like. Guests often drift between waking and sleep — the nervous system down-regulating without being told to. We keep the room at 26°C, the lights low, and the only sound is breath and the occasional clink of stone on stone.
Evenings are especially popular — the warmth carries you straight into sleep. Avoid booking immediately after a large meal. Come warm, leave warmer.
