Sound Bath & Breathwork

Singing bowls arranged for sound bath

₹1,800 · 60 mins · Group, max 12 mats

Friday evenings, lights low, twelve mats, no phones. Kabir sets seven Himalayan bowls in a circle and the room begins to hum. Between sound waves we breathe — alternate-nostril, then three-part, then honey-bee — and finish with fifteen minutes of Yoga Nidra.

Unlike a silent meditation, the sound gives the mind something to rest on. Guests who “can't meditate” often find this the easiest entry.

What to expect

  • Evening sessions 6:30–7:30 PM, garden shala. Bolsters, blankets and eye pillows provided
  • No experience needed; you lie down the whole time
  • Wear warm socks — the body cools as it stills
“For an hour my to-do list had nowhere to go except into the bowls.” — guest, 3 visits

Book singly or as a four-week series (save 10%). If you are sound-sensitive or have tinnitus, let us know beforehand — Kabir can adjust placement.
