A social worker for 25 years, Rajan founded the trust in 2010 after a decade running night schools in Madurai's peri-urban settlements.
Dr. Anitha Varma
Director of Programmes
MBBS, MPH with 18 years in community health; she leads the health camps and the nutrition programme.
Suresh Menon
Head of Finance & Compliance
Chartered accountant who keeps our books audit-clean and our 80G and FCRA filings on time for 15 years.
Divya Krishnan
Volunteer Coordinator
Runs onboarding, training and scheduling for 300+ volunteers — the engine room of the whole trust.
Lakshmi Natarajan
Head of Fundraising
Former bank manager who connects donors with causes; personally calls every first-time donor to say thank you.
Mohammed Faisal
Field Operations Lead
Spends 20 days a month in the villages, overseeing centres, camps and the community kitchen logistics.
