Privacy & Data Policy

1. What we collect

When you enrol or contact us, we collect name, phone, email and any details you share about preferences or health (e.g., injuries). This is limited to what is needed to place you in the right class and ensure safety.

2. How we use it

To schedule sessions, contact you for confirmation and updates, and share relevant schedule changes or safety notes. No marketing without separate opt-in.

3. Consent

We rely on your explicit consent via the checkbox. It is time-stamped with the exact text you agreed to. You may withdraw at any time.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, accessible only to authorised studio staff.

5. Retention

Enrolment records are kept for 90 days and then permanently deleted automatically. Studio records beyond that follow lawful retention only.

6. Sharing

We never sell your data. Shared only with teachers and essential service providers under confidentiality, to deliver your requested sessions.

7. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and grievance redressal per DPDP. We respond within 30 days.
